This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and user agreement for access or usage of the website or application.
Krishi Seva (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates an intermediary online platform by the name Krishi Seva (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, “Website”, “App”, or “Platform”), which acts as an intermediary e-commerce and service marketplace facilitating delivery of agricultural goods, services, tools, and expert assistance.
The marketplace serves as a platform for domestic consumers to transact with third-party sellers, service providers, and agricultural experts who have been granted access to the Site.
The Company does not provide any services to users other than providing the marketplace as a platform to transact at their own cost and risk, and such other services as may be specifically notified in writing.
The Company is not and cannot be a party to any transaction between you and third-party sellers, service providers, or buyers, nor does it have any control, involvement, or influence over the products or services offered by such third parties (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Products and Services”).
By accessing and/or using the Site, the user acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree to abide by this User Agreement (“Agreement”), you are not permitted to access or use the Site.
All text, graphics, design, content, and other works are copyrighted works of Krishi Seva. The Company acknowledges proprietary rights of third parties displayed on the Site.
When you use the services available on the Site, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information about you as described in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy displayed on the Site.
The information contained on or linked to this Website is general information only and is not intended as advice. You should not rely solely on this information and should seek independent professional advice based on your own circumstances.
The services that we at Krishi Seva provide to users are subject to the following terms and conditions:
This Agreement governs the use of materials contained on the Website and sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the Site by users.
By using the Website, users agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions herein. The right to use the Website is personal to the user and is not transferable to any other person or entity.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for ensuring all use of their account complies with this Agreement.
We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, including content or third-party links.
Through the Krishi Seva Website and App, we provide users with access to a variety of agriculture-related services, including but not limited to:
A platform for farmers, buyers, and agricultural service providers to connect and transact.
Access to expert agricultural advice, farming solutions, and product listings.
The ability to compare agricultural products, services, or offers from third parties.
The Company provides the Site as an intermediary technology platform and does not sell or directly provide agricultural goods or services.
All transactions are made between users and independent third-party providers. Krishi Seva disclaims all warranties and liabilities associated with such third-party products or services.
The Company reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website or App.
Continued use of the Website after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Users shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all hardware, software, and other equipment required to access and use the Website, and for paying all related charges.
Users agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only.
Users shall not post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
The Website contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information. Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without express written consent from Krishi Seva or the respective copyright owner.
By submitting material to any public area of the Website, the user automatically grants Krishi Seva a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such material worldwide.
To access certain services, users must register and create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and account information and for all activities under their account.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of an account.
Users expressly agree that use of the Website is at their own risk.

In no event shall Krishi Seva or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website.
The Website may contain links to other websites or online resources operated by third parties. Krishi Seva is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of such third-party websites.
These links are provided for user convenience and do not imply endorsement by the Company.
Krishi Seva shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content on its Website to ensure compliance with this Agreement and any applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to remove any content it deems inappropriate or in violation of these terms.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Krishi Seva, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from user conduct or violation of this Agreement.
Krishi Seva is an intermediary platform and does not guarantee that online transactions are completely secure.
Users are advised to read and comply with the privacy policies and terms of any third-party payment providers used through the Platform.
Krishi Seva shall not be liable for any loss, misuse, or unauthorized access to payment details.
Either the user or Krishi Seva may terminate this Agreement at any time.
The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate a user’s account for any breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Platform.
The names of actual companies, services, and products mentioned on the Website may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Krishi Seva acknowledges all third-party proprietary rights.
By using the Krishi Seva Website or App, you consent to the terms of this Agreement and authorize Krishi Seva to process your information as described herein.

We at Krishi Seva take all reasonable measures to secure our systems and comply with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed void, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in force.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the user and the Company regarding use of the Platform.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts in Jammu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement.
